Ernst & Young EY-Parthenon in Singapore is recruiting an Associate for Transactions & Corporate Finance in the Corporate Finance stream for 2027 graduates. You will support cross‑functional teams on strategy, transactions and financial analyses to help clients evaluate growth and investment opportunities.

You will conduct analyses, build models, research markets, and contribute to reports and client deliverables while working in a dynamic, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Economics, or Business related discipline.
• Experience in a consulting / client facing environment.
• Highly motivated, engaged and analytical with strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analyses of historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and fluctuations that may impact cash flow requirements and deal valuation.
• Perform industry and company research utilizing online tools and publicly available information.
• Develop economic and consulting toolkits including problem solving, modelling, data analytics, primary research, report writing, and effective synthesis.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to analyze economic trends, market dynamics, and industry developments.
• Develop and maintain economic models and databases.
• Support in developing financial plans and delivery approaches for projects involving private, public or blended financing.
• Assist team members in supporting clients from the earliest stages of project analysis and evaluation through procurement, financial close, construction, and operations.
• Stay abreast of the latest economic research, methodologies, and industry advancements.
• Assist in researching technical accounting issues to evaluate implications on transaction valuation and structuring.
