Job summary

The Peoples Association in Singapore invites applications for a Marketing & Communications leader to strategise, conceptualise and implement plans that strengthen our district's branding and stakeholder engagement.

You will supervise branding, media relations, budgeting, and staff development, collaborating with the Deputy General Manager and Assistant Director to deliver CS CDC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience formulating and implementing marketing and communications plans.
• Strong leadership skills with staff development and training.
• Experience in branding, publicity and media matters and public messaging.

Responsibilities

• Strategise, conceptualise and implement Marketing & Communications Plans.
• Supervise staff in branding, publicity and media matters; develop editorial concepts for newsletters and publicity across platforms.
• Oversee project management for marketing plans and stakeholder engagement toolkits.
• Monitor news/trends and recommend appropriate responses for CDC.
• Prepare proposal papers and marketing strategies for stakeholder and residents’ engagement.
• Manage external feedback and respond to public and stakeholder inquiries daily.
• Oversee media inquiries and the organisation's media relations strategy.
• Ensure budgeting and expenditure controls to optimise resources.
