Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and actions to hit revenue targets for the hotel cluster.
• Oversee CRM, analytics, and reporting; drive lead generation and conversion.
• Manage sales teams across Rooms, Banquet, MICE and events to achieve budgets.
• Collaborate with marketing to align demand generation and campaigns.
• Forecast, review performance and implement revenue-enhancing actions.
