Job description

Must haves

  • Expertise in Algorithmic & Electronic Trading Platforms such as OMS/EMS
  • Expertise in Settlement, reconciliation, regulatory reporting (e.g., SEC, ESMA, MAS)
  • Expertise in Asset Classes: Equities, fixed income, FX, commodities, and derivatives
  • 12–20 years of experience in IT services or consulting with a focus on capital markets and investment banking clients
  • 3 years of experience in Hyperscalers, AI/ML, and K1GenAI models

Good to have

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner for strategic clients in capital markets and investment banking
  • Own account P&L and drive double-digit revenue growth through renewals, expansions, and transformation programs
  • Build deep relationships with global client stakeholders—COOs, CIOs, Heads of Front Office Technology, and Digital Transformation Leaders
  • Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with client goals and regulatory requirements
  • Lead governance structures including QBRs, CXO connects, and multi-region steering committees
  • Design and deliver AI-driven solutions
  • Implement intelligent automation for KYC, AML, and regulatory submissions
  • Collaborate with AI Centers of Excellence and innovation hubs to co-create prototypes and scalable platforms
  • Ensure seamless global delivery in partnership with delivery teams, managing risk and compliance proactively
  • Drive outcomes through matrixed teams across consulting, product, and technology units
  • Own P&L responsibility for the banking mega-account, focusing on revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer satisfaction
  • Work with internal sales and solution teams to craft custom offerings in digital banking, payments, ESG, and AI insights
  • Manage client expectations and escalations at executive levels, maintaining alignment
  • Ensure IT services and solutions meet regulatory, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards
  • Establish governance structures that promote transparency, risk management, and alignment with client objectives
