A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a Client Operations Analyst to manage trade processing and develop vendor relationships. The role involves ensuring accurate communication with clients and continuous process improvement. Ideal candidates are Singapore citizens or permanent residents with 1-2 years of operations experience in a financial setting, or fresh graduates with strong credentials.
We are looking to hire a Client Operations Analyst who will be joining an expanding team covering strategic client operations. As a successful hire, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the company and you will help to manage client relations from an operational perspective. You will be responsible for learning processes around our various business operations, ensuring trades, corporate actions, payments & funding are processed and communicated to clients in an accurate & timely manner and coordinate with our external vendors for streamlining the processes. You will also be expected to assess and enhance existing processes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
