Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering required.
• 10+ years of management experience in information security is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to implement security policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of cybersecurity strategies to secure executive support and strengthen security posture.
• Set information security goals, policies, standards and procedures aligned with directives.
• Foster a culture of cybersecurity risk assessment and risk acceptance among stakeholders and ICT professionals.
• Ensure compliance with government cybersecurity policies through continuous monitoring and enforcement.
• Review initiatives and develop risk management plans to address threats and vulnerabilities.
• Advise management on selecting and deploying cybersecurity solutions to protect assets.
• Align IT operations with strategic cybersecurity directions mandated by frameworks.
• Implement change management processes to adapt measures to evolving threats.
