Job summary

Constructor Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Head of Information Security (CISO) to envision and execute our security strategy, governance, and risk program. You will lead incident response, cyber risk management, and vendor security across a growing enterprise.

You will partner with executives to align security with business priorities, drive a security-aware culture, and ensure compliance with global standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in cybersecurity, information security or IT risk.
• 5+ years in senior leadership or management roles.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead information security strategy and roadmap.
• Establish policies, standards, and procedures aligned with business goals.
• Advise executives on cybersecurity risks and mitigations.
• Manage governance, risk, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Oversee security operations, monitoring, incident response, and remediation.
• Guide security architecture, cloud security, IAM, data protection.
• Assess third-party security controls and vendor risk.
• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
