Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognized professional qualification in procurement or supply chain is desirable.
• Experience in project/program procurement with cross functional teams.
• Experience with IS/IT categories incl. hardware, software, networks, and telco services.
• Negotiation experience in procurement projects or categories is desirable.
• Ability to implement operational supply chain strategy and manage framework agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities from RFI/RFP through PVet 4 stage.
• Ensure governance and KPI-based performance management of suppliers.
• Support business needs with supplier landscape insights and competitive sourcing.
• Collaborate with Global Category Managers, CTL, CM, and Tactical Buyers to align strategy.
• Promote Thales values and effective cross-functional teamwork on international projects.
