A. Menarini Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategic direction, development and lifecycle management of its iron deficiency, respiratory and dermatology portfolio in both private and public sectors.

You will formulate robust marketing and launch strategies, drive growth, manage multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and Supply Chain to ensure successful execution and tender opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, Marketing or related field.
• At least 1 year of sales and marketing experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
• Strong business and strategic acumen with proven product management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead independently.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and execution of brand plans aligned with regional objectives.
• Translate market insights into growth strategies for private and public sectors.
• Drive public channel uptake with a long-term focus on tender and formulary listings.
• Manage lifecycle planning and new product launches.
• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, in-clinic, CME) to strengthen product engagement.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all promotional activities.
• Leverage analytics and performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of strategic plans.
• Provide clear strategic direction and continuous training to the field force to enhance engagement and sales effectiveness.
• Lead sales forecasting and demand planning processes in collaboration with supply teams for the assigned portfolio.
