Job summary

LUMINA ADVISORY & GLOBAL SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an ambitious sales professional to manage and grow business in Singapore and beyond for an engineering and automotive group.

You will drive project-based sales, build lasting customer relationships and guide opportunities from inquiry to handover. Responsibilities include expanding existing accounts, developing new territories, presenting solutions, coordinating with technical and operations teams, and ensuring timely tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering or related.
• Experience in business development, account management or project-based sales.
• Experience in engineering, commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, automotive or industrial services is an advantage.
• Able to manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities in new markets.
• Experience in preparing proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong coordination and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Develop new customers and territories through market research and direct engagement.
• Promote the Group’s engineering solutions, commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, parts and services.
• Support new product launches and develop sales plans and strategies.
• Understand customer requirements and work with technical and operations teams to propose solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Manage tender activities, reviews and timely submissions.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and negotiate terms within limits.
• Coordinate project handovers and delivery commitments.
• Maintain sales records and provide pipeline updates and forecasts.
• Travel to assigned territories when required.
