The role focuses on shaping data solutions, governance and actionable implementation across investment groups. You will collaborate with risk, technology and enterprise functions to enable scalable data services for new strategies.

The position requires strong governance experience, cross‑functional communication and a proactive, results‑driven mindset in a global investment environment.

Qualifications

• A degree with at least five years of working experience in investment data management or related fields.
• Strong governance, data management and analytics capabilities are required.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and data quality improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Total Portfolio investment groups to implement changes with governance and operational feasibility.
• Coordinate inter‑dependencies and drive enterprise execution across teams.
• Shape solutions aligned with business intent and governance requirements in index and reference data domains.
• Contribute to operating model enhancements and reduce operational risk.
• Own business readiness, including planning and UAT across system and data changes.
