Job summary

Profound is a fast-growing AI marketing platform serving 25–35 enterprise customers and major brands. The Engagement Manager will drive adoption, ongoing engagement, and strategic guidance for customers adopting the Profound platform.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful implementation, measurable outcomes, and sustained value delivery across marketing and AI search initiatives. The role is on-site with global office locations including Singapore.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working with enterprise customers to drive strategic outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective presentations and demos.
• Self-motivated with a passion for building strong customer relationships.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and managing multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of 25 to 35 enterprise customers.
• Own the full customer journey from onboarding through measurable outcomes on the Profound platform.
• Conduct regular strategic business reviews and identify opportunities while addressing risks.
• Develop deep understanding of customer objectives and manage relationships with stakeholders across teams.
• Become an expert in the AI search space and how large language models work.
• Mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover through multi-threaded engagements.
• Partner with Account Management to ensure value delivery aligns with commercial goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation and resolve challenges.
