Qualifications

• Prior experience in business or partnership development in the financial sector is preferred.
• Learning and development and academic experience would be an advantage.
• Self-driven, analytical, resourceful and results oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the accreditation of training providers and programmes and review of certification applications, ensuring alignment with the Skills Framework for Financial Services and industry standards.
• Engage financial institutions, professional bodies, and training providers to strengthen the quality and relevance of training offerings.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends to inform skills development and certification initiatives as well as emerging training methodology.
• Contribute to the promotion and adoption of IBF accreditation and certification frameworks within the financial sector.
• Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of accreditation and certification policies and processes.
• Serve as secretariat to key industry workgroups and committees, coordinating stakeholder engagement, shaping discussions on skills and standards, and translating insights into actionable initiatives.
