Job Description
  1. Inventory Management:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against invoices or purchase orders.
    Organize and store items in designated locations.
    Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
    Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
  2. Warehouse Operations:Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or dispatch.
    Ensure proper labeling and documentation of stored materials.
    Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (if required).
    Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
  3. Documentation & Reporting:Keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
    Generate stock reports and update inventory management systems.
    Assist in reconciling discrepancies in stock levels.
  4. Safety & Compliance:Follow safety regulations and company policies.
    Ensure proper handling of hazardous or perishable materials.
    Conduct routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a secondary school education or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in warehouse or inventory management is a plus.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is an advantage).
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Physically fit to handle lifting and moving goods.
