Job summary

PIXEL AUTOMATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Storekeeper to manage stock receipts, allocation, and inventory accuracy. You will ensure goods match purchase orders, maintain clean storage areas, and uphold hygiene and safety standards on site.

You will coordinate with Purchasing, supervise sign-offs, and use the inventory system to monitor stock levels. The role requires meticulous record-keeping and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and allocate stock according to purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Verify goods arrived against orders and recorded quantities.
• Maintain storage facilities with upkeep and hygiene standards.
• Refuse damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items upon receipt.
• Keep all storage areas clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene rules.
• Ensure store requisitions are signed by the requester.
• Match quantities requested with quantities issued at all times.
• Have requisition forms signed and logged into the inventory system.
• Monitor stock using the company’s smart inventory system.
• Follow all safety procedures and conduct inventory audits.
• Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to order and receive items.
• Follow up with vendors on delivery issues and returns.
• Verify and log received inventory in reports and logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.

Job description

Storekeeper Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and allocate the stocks accordingly.
• Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per our Purchaser order, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
• Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities of upkeep and hygiene.
• Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Ensure all store requisitions are signed by requestor.
• Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
• Ensure store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and enter into the Inventory/Materials Management System.
• monitor stock by using our smart inventory systems.
• Adhere to all Safety procedures.
• Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
• Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Work closely with Purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.
• Follow up with vendors for any delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the return process.
• Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.
