Job summary

Pixel Automation Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Storekeeper to manage receiving, storage and issue of stock, ensuring accuracy against orders and delivery notes. You will maintain storage hygiene, conduct inventory checks, and collaborate with Purchasing and vendors to resolve discrepancies, while adhering to safety procedures.

• Receive and allocate the stocks accordingly.
• Verify all goods arrived as per Purchaser order, delivery note and agreed quantity.
• Maintain day-to-day storage facility upkeep and hygiene.
• Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas, storage areas, adherence to hygiene regulations.
• Ensure store requisitions are signed by requester.
• Ensure the quantity requested matches the quantity issued.
• Store requisition form signed by person collecting goods and entered into Inventory/Materials Management System.
• Monitor stock using smart inventory systems.
• Adhere to all Safety procedures.
• Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
• Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Work closely with Purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.
• Follow up with vendors for delivery issues and oversee return process.
• Verify and track received inventory and generate inventory reports and logs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.

• Ensure all store requisitions are signed by requestor.
• Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
• Ensure store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and enter into the Inventory/Materials Management System.
