Job description

Responsibility:

1. Pick and Pack items efficiently and accurately.
2. Handle consolidation, labeling, prepare gate passes, and manage cargo releases for outgoing shipments.
3. Conduct incoming inspections, break bulking, system receiving, and put-away in WMS.
4. Retrieve receiving reports and verify against incoming documents.
5. Perform regular cycle counts of customer inventories.
6. Carry out basic QA checks as required.
7. Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse following 5S standards, ensuring safety and security.
8. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions related to incoming and outgoing shipments, documentation, and system entries (e.g., WMS, SAP).
9. Report issues to Supervisor or Leader promptly.
10. Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Secondary Education or higher.
2. Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
3. 1-2 years of relevant work experience; candidates without experience may be considered as contract staff (training provided).
4. Hardworking, independent, and a team player.
5. Ability to multi-task and work a 5.5-day workweek.
6. Willing to work overtime when required.
7. Forklift license is an advantage.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
9. Experience with SAP is preferred.
10. Adherence to safety and security protocols of Omni All In (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
11. Optional: Experience in operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and ESD equipment, with training provided as needed.
