Job summary

CULINA PTE. LTD., part of the COMO Group, is seeking a Storekeeper to handle receiving, sorting, storing, picking, packing and transferring of goods for delivery, perform cycle counts, generate inventory reports and maintain daily housekeeping in a cold environment.

The role requires physical fitness to lift up to 25 kg, the ability to read and write simple English, and a forklift license is an added advantage. Working hours include shifts from early morning to afternoon, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to handle goods weighing up to 25 kg.
• Able to read and write simple English.
• Forklift license and/or Class 3/4 driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and report any defects in perishable cargo before pick and pack.
• Ensure accuracy in picking and packing per the pick list for delivery.
• Operate forklift, stacker and pallet jack safely.
• Conduct cycle counts and monitor stock levels and expiry dates.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and food storage areas.

Job Summary

A Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, sorting, storing, picking, packing and transferring of goods for delivery, cycle count, inventory report and daily housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect perishable cargoes' condition and take photos for any defects or damages to make reports before pick & pack.
• Ensure accuracy in picking and packing according to the pick list generated by Customer Service and get ready goods for delivery drivers.
• Ability to handle forklift, stacker & hand pallet jack safely at work.
• Conduct cycle counts on stock and monitor inventory levels and goods' expiry dates.
• Carry out picking / packing works in a chiller and/or freezer environment.
• Daily housekeeping and maintenance of cleanliness of warehouse, ensure food storage shelving is clean, tidy and well-maintained.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to handle goods weighing up to 25 kg, including non-halal products.
• Able to work in a cold environment, including chiller and freezer areas.
• Able to read and write simple English.
• Possession of a Forklift License and/or Class 3 / 4 Driving License will be an added advantage.
