Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a retail, supervisory, or team leadership role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to motivate and support team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Preferred: experience within sports, fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail.
• Familiarity with retail reporting tools and operational processes.
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Lead by example and maintain high standards of customer engagement on the sales floor.
• Support achievement of store sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor team performance and customer service levels to maximize sales.
• Drive in-store technology usage to present full product range to customers.
• Assist in visual merchandising, promotions, and product launches.
• Ensure stock is clean, organized, and presented to company standards.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and development of team members.
