A leading company in the fashion retail sector seeks a Store Manager in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage store operations, drive sales performance, and lead a team of associates, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards. Ideal candidates will have extensive retail experience and a passion for the industry.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
l Manage store operations and ensure a high level of performance and growth
l Deliver retail sales, KPIs & CRM according to company target and objectives
l Ensure store visual merchandise complies with company SOP
l Lead and supervise a team of retail associates
l Ensure associates develop and retain a sense of ownership in their job
l Increase associate's product knowledge and customer service skills by initiating activities and training
l Manage and take ownership of inventory management and ensure daily stock count reconcile with POS inventory
l Handle customers queries in a professional manner
l Guide and coach onboarding associates
l Organize and scheduling of roster, including staff management and performance
l Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

CREATIVITY: Possess high degree of fashion trends, lifestyles, competitors and media. Ability to identify problem, provide an in-depth perspective of the problem and solution to solve it. Generate ideas through creative thinking and critical evaluation.

ORGANIZING: Works according to defined schedules and deadlines; takes direction well and able to work with high accountability; manages own work and tracks progress. Seeks out resources to get things done; able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
ENVIRONMENT: Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented setting
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: At least 5 years of Retail experience
Education: Diploma Qualification
SKILLS:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supervisory position in fashion apparel category
Excellent people/ interpersonal skills
Independent and self-motivated
Passion for retail
