Additionally, the role requires maintaining compliance with agreed guidelines in order to deliver best in class experience and managing store revenue & cost targets.Organizational RelationshipReporting To Regional Head (~ Zonal Own Retail Manager)Total number of employees supervised by you DIRECTLY or INDIRECTLYManagerial Individual ContributorsDirectly Indirectly Store OperationsKey Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesManage & ensure the operations are in line with pre-defined SOPs with the look and feel of the store as per guidelines / standards.Control inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain for optimal product availability.Oversee visual merchandising efforts, ensuring that product displays and store layouts are appealing and on-brand.Effectively track transactions and budgets for store operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial targets are met.Implement security measures and loss prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and assets.Accountable for clearing store for formal launches across dimensions and during refit & conversion.Customer ExperienceImplement processes to enhance the overall customer experience, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.Ensure an outstanding in-store customer experience, including product knowledge, assistance, and issue resolution, fostering customer loyalty.Implement KPIs to monitor and evaluate the success of store operations, providing regular reports to senior management.People ManagementLead retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure a high level of customer service and sales effectiveness.Anchor trainings as required for team member development on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.Collaborate with central functions such as marketing, finance, and HR to ensure alignment with broader company policies and to maintain integration of in-store & online operations.Knowledge, Certifications and ExperienceEducation Qualification Full time graduate degree, MBA / PGDM (optional)Total Experience 4+ years of experience in retail business operations roleKey InteractionsInternal / External Stakeholders(Internal means External to the department and internal to the organization; External means External to the organization)Internal Zonal / Area Sales Managers & Field Sales ExecutivesExternal Channel PartnersSkills and CompetenciesTechnical CompetenciesProficiency in retail operations and S&M techniquesBasic knowledge of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word & OutlookLeadership and Behavioural CompetenciesProcess OrientationInfluencing PersonalityCommunication Skills (oral/written)Interpersonal SkillsTeamwork and CollaborationResult OrientationCustomer ObsessionPositive Drive and Energy,
