Store Manager / Store Supervisor (Fashion, Jewelry & Watch)

You will lead the team to achieve short and long-term sales performance, including meeting turnover targets, profitability, and client database growth. You will play a vital role in motivating and guiding the team, while also nurturing their professional development.

Adecco partners with prestigious luxury companies renowned worldwide for their innovative fashion design, jewelry, and timepieces craftsmanship, expertise, and creativity. The Job:

1. Responsible for the upkeep of the boutique at all times.
2. Ensure that any visitor to the boutique is treated with the utmost respect and professionalism according to store/boutique standards.
3. The Store / Assistant Manager is a key person for client acquisition. Lead the team in acquiring new clients, both by converting walk-in clients and through outside client acquisition tactics.
4. Ensure all team members actively use the boutique's database.
5. Propose marketing actions to help achieve sales objectives (mailings, cocktails, collaborations with clubs, etc.).
6. Enforce the store's discount policy.
7. Manage stock levels to ensure stock value remains below maximum coverage.
8. Coach, recruit, and evaluate team members.
9. Assess and develop team training programs.

The Talent:

1. 8 years of retail experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
2. Excellent customer relations skills and a solid client base.
3. Knowledge of watches/high jewelry is a strong asset.
4. Strong business sense and passion for retail operations.
5. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
6. Sales-driven, capable of working under pressure.
7. Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
