Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to comply with legal requirements for selling tobacco products.
• Experience working in retail stores is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Operate cashier functions including processing sales, bill payments, and cash withdrawals accurately and efficiently.
• Maximise store sales and profitability by promoting products and assisting customers effectively.
• Maintain store cleanliness and present an organized store image at all times.
• Replenish and arrange products following the store planogram to ensure product availability and visual appeal.
• Adapt to shift and outlet changes to support operational needs.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned to support store operations.
