A leading retail company in Singapore is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales performance and lead a team. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing product inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do:
Drive Sales Performance: Lead your team to achieve and exceed store sales targets through goal setting, performance tracking, data analysis, and continuous improvement plans.
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate store staff. Foster a positive and engaging work environment with strong team spirit.
Product & Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, product safety, stock accuracy, and ensure optimal product displays.
Customer Experience & Store Operations: Manage staff scheduling, ensure smooth daily operations, handle escalated customer issues, and maintain high service standards.
Store Safety & Maintenance: Safeguard store property, coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs and upkeep.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
What You Will Need:
1-3 years of experience as a Store Manager or in retail operations management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills, preferably with experience in multinational retail brands.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training abilities.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office and related software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment.
