What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Sales Performance: Lead your team to achieve and exceed store sales targets through goal setting, performance tracking, data analysis, and continuous improvement plans.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate store staff. Foster a positive and engaging work environment with strong team spirit.

  • Product & Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, product safety, stock accuracy, and ensure optimal product displays.

  • Customer Experience & Store Operations: Manage staff scheduling, ensure smooth daily operations, handle escalated customer issues, and maintain high service standards.

  • Store Safety & Maintenance: Safeguard store property, coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs and upkeep.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

What You Will Need:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Store Manager or in retail operations management.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills, preferably with experience in multinational retail brands.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training abilities.

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office and related software.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment.
