POSITION SUMMARY
The Store Manager plays a key leadership role in driving business performance and upholding the brand’s image in-store. You will lead and inspire the retail team, ensuring exceptional client service and optimal operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and motivate the retail team to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
Collaborate with senior management and trainers to boost team morale and create a high-performing retail culture
Oversee the execution of visual merchandising strategies to ensure brand standards are upheld
Understand customer needs and preferences; communicate insights to management to drive business growth
Contribute to the development and execution of local marketing and sales initiatives
Facilitate knowledge transfer by attending product and technology trainings, then coaching the team accordingly
Track store traffic, client profiles, and sales pitch effectiveness to optimize operations and staffing
Maintain accurate inventory and monitor performance across sales touchpoints
Coordinate with cross-functional departments including Customer Support, HR, Finance, Operations, and Marketing
Fulfill other KPIs or projects as assigned
IDEAL PROFILE
4–6 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a track record of achieving strong results
At least 2 years of managerial experience in a retail setting; training experience is advantageous
Fluent in English; Mandarin or other language skills are a plus to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
A natural leader with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); quick to adopt new digital tools
Presentable and confident, with the ability to represent a high-end brand
Experience in workforce management and in-store training is a bonus
Passion for luxury brands, audio technology, or music is preferred
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
