Job description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and client-driven Store Manager to lead the operations of a luxury retail store in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to elevate customer experience, drive commercial performance, and lead a passionate team within a globally renowned luxury brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the boutique’s daily operations to ensure the highest levels of client service and brand representation.
  • Drive store performance through effective team leadership, client engagement, and strategic sales planning.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with VIP clientele to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  • Monitor key KPIs including sales, footfall, conversion, and inventory to identify growth opportunities.
  • Recruit, mentor, and coach a high-performing team to maintain exceptional service standards and achieve commercial targets.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and stock management to ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with regional teams on marketing initiatives, in-store events, and new product launches.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably with good team management and clienteling experience.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing talent.
  • Deep understanding of luxury clienteling and high-end customer service standards.
  • Strong commercial acumen, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
