Achieve sales targets, analyze data and competitor activity, and implement cost-control strategies. Ensure excellent service, maintain a welcoming store environment, and handle customer feedback professionally. Oversee inventory, displays, equipment, and safety measures; ensure cleanliness and maintenance. Monitor stock levels and expiration dates, minimize losses, and optimize inventory through data analysis. Ensure displays align with KKV’s brand and effectively promote products.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets, analyze data and competitor activity, and implement cost-control strategies.
  • Ensure excellent service, maintain a welcoming store environment, and handle customer feedback professionally.
  • Oversee inventory, displays, equipment, and safety measures; ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Monitor stock levels and expiration dates, minimize losses, and optimize inventory through data analysis.
  • Ensure displays align with KKV’s brand and effectively promote products.
  • Recruit, train, and lead staff; foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Implement training programs and promote KKV’s values: Simplicity, Introspection, Positive Energy, and Reset.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail store management, with a strong emphasis on new store set-up and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage store profitability.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies for improvement.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays: 5 days per week
