A leading high-end jewelry company seeks a retail associate to support store operations, sales, and customer service. The role involves engaging with customers, managing inventory, and assisting in team supervision. Candidates should have at least 2 years of luxury retail experience and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
5.5 Working Days inclusive of PH and Weekends
Working hours: 9.20am – 7.30pm/ 9.50am – 8pm/ 10.30am – 9.30pm
Salary: $5,500 - $7,000 Gross

͙Job Scope:
Store Operations
Learn day-to-day store operations
Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Handle cashiering, POS systems, and customer transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards.
Sales & Customer Service
Engage with customers, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints.
Learn sales techniques and product knowledge to drive revenue.
Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.
Team Supervision & Leadership
Shadow store managers and assist in staff scheduling.
Train and guide retail associates under supervision.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational strategies.
Merchandising & Inventory Control
Assist in product displays.
Learn stock ordering, receiving, and auditing processes.
͙Requirements:
Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience with international brand.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
Prior experience in the following areas:
a. Training and coaching staffs.
b. Employee review and appraisal.
c. Counselling staff.
