5.5 Working Days inclusive of PH and Weekends

Working hours: 9.20am – 7.30pm/ 9.50am – 8pm/ 10.30am – 9.30pm

Salary: $5,500 - $7,000 Gross

͙Job Scope:

Store Operations

  • Learn day-to-day store operations

  • Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.

  • Handle cashiering, POS systems, and customer transactions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards.

Sales & Customer Service

  • Engage with customers, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints.

  • Learn sales techniques and product knowledge to drive revenue.

  • Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.

Team Supervision & Leadership

  • Shadow store managers and assist in staff scheduling.

  • Train and guide retail associates under supervision.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational strategies.

Merchandising & Inventory Control

  • Assist in product displays.

  • Learn stock ordering, receiving, and auditing processes.

͙Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience with international brand.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point

  • Prior experience in the following areas:

    a. Training and coaching staffs.

    b. Employee review and appraisal.

    c. Counselling staff.
