If you're enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and eager to be part of a growing brand, we want to hear from you.

As a Store Manager at HOKA, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing store sales performance, coordinating in-store promotional activities, managing store operations, recruitment, and team building.
  2. Establishing weekly sales objectives for the store and personnel.
  3. Working with the Sales & Operations Manager to achieve sales goals through key metrics (cost reduction percentage (CR%), average dollar sales (ADS), items-per-transaction (IPT)) and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
  4. Managing staff monthly duty roster and timesheets, including shift scheduling.
  5. Controlling staff costs and shrinkage goals within the store.
  6. Driving and leading personnel to practice professional salesmanship within Converse guidelines to achieve sales and customer satisfaction.
  7. Assigning team Return on Sales (ROS) functions for each store section to maximize sales performance.
  8. Ensuring merchandise is presented to maximize sales, reflecting Converse's visual merchandising standards.

Requirements:

  • At least a Secondary School/O-Level or equivalent qualification; higher education is a plus.
  • Enjoyment of sports is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English for customer communication.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or supervisory roles.
  • Preferably non-executive experience in retail sales or related fields.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Self-motivated, independent, with strong follow-through abilities.
  • Resourceful, meticulous, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Outgoing personality with good communication skills with team members and customers.
