Salary: $3000 - $4000

Requirements:

1. Preferably Diploma in Hospitality or related fields
2. Minimum 2 years' managerial experience in F&B - cafes/ restaurants/ similar capacity
3. Able to work on weekends/public holidays

Job Scope:

1. Responsible for day-to-day operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop's profitability
2. Foster good working relationship and communication between front and back of house
3. Be an amazing example of service, leading the team to ensure excellent guest experience through warm and genuine service while maintaining a fun and relaxed working environment
4. Supervise and train the team
5. Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
6. Any other ad-hoc duties based on operational needs
