• The Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager plays a pivotal role in combining strategic leadership with operational excellence to drive sales performance, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and cultivate team development in a fast-paced retail environment. Job Description :

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategy implementation and team motivation.

• Lead, guide, and develop a high-performing team to ensure alignment with company goals and values.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a consistently positive in-store experience.

• Manage inventory levels accurately and oversee the maintenance of store facilities to ensure operational readiness.

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including order fulfillment, returns processing, and daily workflow efficiency.

• Create and execute strategic plans to enhance store performance, drive customer engagement, and improve key business metrics.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a retail store, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle sector.

• At least 2 years of proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams.

• Strong understanding and passion for the latest beauty trends and industry innovations.
