Job description

Our client is in the luxury swimwear industry. This position is for their new store opening in Sentosa.

Responsibilities

  1. Take ownership to lead and coach the team to achieve store and individual sales target
  2. Provide daily coaching to retail staff to improve product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service
  3. Customer Relationship Management, conduct luxury clientele, managing in-store VIP events, grow the customer database, and increase client retention
  4. Maintain a high standard of product presentation and visual merchandising that meets to brand's standard
  5. Maintain stock organization and efficiency within the store

Requirements

  1. Minimum 6 years solid sales experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level or second in-charge experience in retail industry
  2. Passionate for Luxury and appreciate Craftsmanship
  3. Love Ocean and sensitive to Environmental Protection is a plus
  4. Strong leadership with excellent communication and people management skills
  5. Ability to inspire and motivate retail staff
  6. Sales driven and customer service oriented
  7. Proven track record of managing a sales team
