Job Title: Full-Time Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the daycare and boarding facility

• Supervise and coordinate a small team of pet handlers and support staff

• Manage scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs of pets

• Communicate with pet owners regarding pet care, behavior, and updates

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of the facility

• Monitor pet health and well-being; escalate issues when necessary

• Handle basic administrative duties (inventory, bookings, records, etc.)

• Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold our brand standards

Requirements:

• Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred

• Prior experience working with dogs is highly prioritized

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and temperaments

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

• Eligibility to work in Singapore / Work Permit vacancy available
