Are you ready to lead, inspire, and manage a team of coaches while bringing out the best in every kid? Lil Ninja Academy is looking for a superstar Head Coach & Operations Manager to run daily operations and create an amazing experience for our little ninjas and their families!

Your Mission:

Oversee day-to-day gym operations—keep classes running smoothly and the energy high

Mentor, train, and schedule coaches; lead by example on the gym floor

Ensure a safe, positive, and fun environment for kids, coaches, and parents

Be the go-to for parent inquiries and staff support

Help plan events, handle class schedules, and manage equipment and supplies

Monitor performance, handle challenges, and keep everyone motivated

Support marketing and community outreach when needed

You Bring:

Experience coaching kids (gymnastics, parkour, fitness, or similar)

Proven experience managing a business or running an operational team

Leadership and people management skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Passion for working with children and making fitness fun

Relevant coaching certifications (gymnastics, parkour, etc.) will be rewarded with higher compensation

Ability to work weekends
