A leading company in the beauty industry is looking for two Store Managers to engage customers and supervise a team of beauticians. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of retail experience, have strong leadership skills, and be service-oriented. Position: Store Manager (x2)
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their individual needs and concerns, Follow up treatment results with the customers
Provide expert advice and recommendations on our slimming and wellness products
Supervise, lead and motivate beautician team at retail outlet
Ensure smooth running of daily operations (planning of roster, performance of staff, coaching, merchandise display, etc)
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour to ensure a positive customer experience
Collaborate with the broader team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the business
Maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations
Requirements:
Min 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the Beauty Industry
Supervisory experience in managing a team is preferred
Independent, possess initiative and optimistic
Service driven and results oriented
Able to work retail hour and on weekends
