Job Purpose

To own the business, act as a Brand Ambassador, and lead the store to achieve performance targets. To ensure an exceptional client experience, leading and supporting all sales activities, managing and coaching the team, and ensuring succession and internal growth.

Responsibilities
Business
  • Drive and maximize sales performance
  • Develop and propose business plans

  • Represent the brand locally, identifying new opportunities to increase footfall, attract new clients, and build loyalty
  • Be present on the sales floor, providing excellent service
