Job Purpose
To own the business, act as a Brand Ambassador, and lead the store to achieve performance targets. To ensure an exceptional client experience, leading and supporting all sales activities, managing and coaching the team, and ensuring succession and internal growth.
Responsibilities
Business
- Drive and maximize sales performance
- Develop and propose business plans
- Lead the team to exceed KPIs
- Represent the brand locally, identifying new opportunities to increase footfall, attract new clients, and build loyalty
- Be present on the sales floor, providing excellent service
- Foster omni-channel development
- Meet budgets and control expenses
Customer
- Maintain a client-centric approach, developing strong relationships
- Ensure high client satisfaction and service quality
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to foster loyalty and increase spending
- Promote private appointment culture
Team

Retail
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with merchandising and operations teams

Events
- Collaborate with Retail Events for local event organization
