A leading retail company is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily operations in Singapore. In this role, you will manage staff schedules, handle customer service, and ensure operational excellence. We're looking for a responsible and driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations and support our expanding retail business.
Job Details:
Basic Salary: $3,500 (5.5 days)
Off Days:
➤ If you work a full day on Saturday or Sunday, you will be entitled to one additional off day
Performance Bonus:
The monthly bonus is based on total company-wide store sales
Job Responsibilities:
Train and guide retail staff
Recruit and interview new team members
Arrange and manage weekly staff schedules
Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints at the store level
Training & Footcare Knowledge:
As a Store Manager, you will also need to:
Learn foot knowledge
Understand and interpret foot scan reports
Be trained to use foot scanning machines and adjust orthopedic insoles
