Job description

[Job responsibilities]

1. Responsible for the operation of all specialty stores in Singapore, leading the team to achieve store sales targets;

2. Implement the sales instructions issued by the company, and report the store situation to the company on a daily basis;

3. Responsible for employee training,and pay attention to store display;

4. Responsible for store goods maintenance: statistics, management, ensuring the accuracy of items and accounts, paying attention to inventory structure, making reasonable suggestions, improving inventory structure, and promoting the effectiveness of sales according to real-time inventory situation; ensuring the safety of store goods, and timely understanding the status of store goods to ensure that sales needs are met;

5. Inspire and motivate employees to build a cohesive and effective team, enhance employee work performance and team cohesion;

6. Lead the store, coordinate and organize communication with relevant persons in charge to ensure the smooth progress of various promotional activities held in the store;

7. Make suggestions on store operations and company plans.

1. Have a strong sense of purpose and lead the team to achieve results; be motivated and willing to accept challenges;

2. Be familiar with the overall operation process of retail stores and be good at CRM management;

3. Have a strong sense of ownership of the brand;

4. Have clear thinking, strong logic, and be able to come up with creative ideas;

5. Have excellent sales skills and service awareness, and have strong leadership ability;

6. Have a strong sense of urgency and responsibility for work and team sales;

7. Strong verbal expression skills and good at communicating with customers.
