JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Logistics
Packing, organising and labelling of cargos
Receiving cargos and signing off documents.
Manning of the reception counter to attend to deliveries calls for deliveries
Ensure accuracy of the items received and highlight to buyer in charge any discrepancies/ damage found
Prepare shipping documents and send it on time to clients where applicable.
Prepare Delivery Order and assist in cargos collection from forwarders.
Any admin matters assigned
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Anticipate Needs – the ability to anticipate the needs and complete the tasks without the need of constant supervision.
Time Management – making and allocating time properly by planning tasks adequately
Detailed Oriented – to catch potential typos and grammatical errors. Having an eye for details ensure tasks are properly executed and trustworthy.
QUALIFICATION GUIDE
Education: Minimum ITE graduate
Communication: Fluent both in Oral and written English communication
Experience: Minimum 2 year of solid experience on Warehouse & Admin Assistant role.
