Golden Wheel Industries is seeking a Store Operations professional to manage daily store activities at our Ang Mo Kio location. You will train new assistants, coordinate with production on logistics, and ensure safe, organized handling and storage of packaging materials.

Responsibilities include issuing materials, planning space, scheduling deliveries, and conducting regular stock audits to maintain accuracy and efficiency. A background in warehousing and office tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic store operations knowledge and safety practices.
• Experience with stock counts and audits is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.

Job Summary

You will manage store operations by training staff on material handling, coordinating with production supervisors on logistics, maintaining store safety and orderliness, issuing packaging materials, planning storage and deliveries, and conducting stock audits.

Responsibilities

• Train new store assistants on safe and effective material handling techniques
• Coordinate and update production supervisors on product status and logistics issues
• Assign daily workflow tasks to store personnel to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment through regular upkeep
• Issue packaging materials to production teams accurately according to orders
• Plan and organize store space to accommodate incoming and finished goods efficiently
• Schedule and oversee timely delivery processes to meet production needs
• Conduct stock counts and verify accuracy during audits for received and returned goods

Preferred

• Ability to learn and operate forklift stacker trucks and pallet jacks safely
• Competence in inspecting and packing products to meet quality standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support store documentation and reporting
• Minimum education level: 'N' level or Secondary school completion
