Store cum Logistics Assistant

Job Description

• Expedite and monitor incoming & outgoing shipments. Responsible for preparing Booking Confirmation, Airway Bill, Delivery Note, Permits, etc.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies.
• Perform stock control activities, such as storing, issuing, returning, packing, labeling, making minor repairs, stock taking, etc.
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements & Others

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Preferably bi-lingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
• Working Location at 29 Media Circle, Alice@Mediapolis. Free shuttle buses connect passengers between One-North & Buona Vista MRT Stations.
