Job summary

AppleChannel Store Advisor in Paris (Fixed-term) will represent Apple in a partner store, demonstrate products, train staff, and maintain merchandising standards. You’ll drive customer engagement and grow Apple business while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role runs 35 hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays, on a fixed-term basis (~3 months). Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.
• Share in-depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers and train partner staff.
• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Educate customers by delivering product demonstrations and promoting the Apple platform.
