About the Company:

A reputable and fast-growing lifestyle brand is seeking an experienced Supervisor / Manager to lead the operations of its retail café branches. Further details will be shared with shortlisted candidates only.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Drive sales targets and implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.

• Manage P&L, inventory levels, and ensure optimal product assortment based on customer needs.

• Provide retail insights to internal stakeholders to support product development and innovation.

• Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to uphold high service standards.

• Ensure effective stock control, merchandising, and store presentation.

• Monitor performance reports, track KPIs, and execute promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of retail and/or café management experience.

• Strong communication skills (spoken & written).
