Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support logistics operations at our Ubi Avenue location. You will handle inventory, coordinate with Production and Customer Service to meet delivery schedules, and maintain stock accuracy through transfers.

We require 1–3 years of relevant shipping/logistics experience, the ability to lift heavy loads, and comfort with heights. Salary ranges from SGD 2,000 to 2,500 monthly; working days are Monday to Friday.

• Not afraid of height and able to carry heavy load.

• Perform warehouse duties, including lifting, moving and handling inventory.
• Coordinate with Production and Customer Service teams to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Arrange and coordinate inventory transfers between departments.
• Receive, store, organise and maintain warehouse, consignment inventory and supplies.
• Provide good customer service and work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
