We are seeking to recruit a temporary staff member to work in the school shop during the busy summer period.

This is an hourly paid part-time role at S$20/hour.

Job Purpose

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the procurement receiving process.
  • Conduct and ensure Receipt and Control Procedures (RCP) for all items delivered to the school and their delivery to designated locations.
  • Manage records and documentation related to RCP and delivery confirmations, maintaining high standards of accuracy in the ERP system and physical records.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and stock-taking activities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the storage room.
  • Provide high-quality, dedicated service to parents, students, visitors, and staff.
  • Assist with school shop operations as needed.
  • Demonstrate good team spirit and excellent communication skills.
  • Perform all duties satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
