Job summary

JEP Precision Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse associate to support incoming materials, issue stock to production, and ensure accurate inventory. You will label, store, and maintain clean warehouse areas while coordinating with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to follow instructions independently; a forklift license is required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid forklift license.
• Familiar with inventory control and stock handling procedures.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Physically fit and able to handle goods when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and goods.
• Support material issuance for production and other departments.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and housekeeping of warehouse areas.
• Prepare shipping and delivery documents as required
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and comply with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform stock transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.
