Requirements Storage

Technical Skills

* 2–3 years of experience in enterprise storage support.

* Experience with at least two of the following storage platforms:

o Huawei, Dell, Hitachi (HDS), or NetApp.

* Basic knowledge of SAN/NAS technologies, including volume management, snapshots, replication (HyperMetro, SRDF, GAD, Local replication, Snapmirror), multipathing software, and storage monitoring tools.

* Familiarity with Brocade SAN switches (zoning, fabric monitoring, troubleshooting).

* Basic understanding of Windows, Linux, and VMware environments.

* Knowledge of networking and information security principles.

Soft Skills

* Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

* Proactive and problem-solving mindset.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements

* Need to work on a shift basis.
