Job summary

Polybuilding (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Operational Launch & Strategic Leadership executive to drive the end-to-end rollout of a new business unit, establish service structures, pricing frameworks, and SOPs, and recruit and guide stone-care technicians.

You will oversee equipment sourcing, safety compliance, client relationships, and commercial growth, including budgeting, P&L, and revenue forecasting while upholding high standards of craftsmanship and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in stone industry, architectural masonry, surface restoration, or high-end construction defect remediation.
• Proven track record in leading a business unit, department, or project team with P&L accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with client management experience.
• Hands-on experience managing field teams, site logistics, and workflow scheduling.
• Strong pricing, margin control, and contract terms knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational rollout of a new business unit, including service structuring, pricing, and SOPs.
• Recruit, train, and manage specialist technicians and field operators for stone care services.
• Source and manage inventory for stone care systems, tooling, sealants, resins, and restoration equipment.
• Ensure site safety compliance, RAMS, and chemical handling regulations across projects.
• Capitalize on existing pipelines to upsell maintenance packages and warranty extensions.
• Conduct on-site inspections to diagnose defects and formulate remediation plans.
• Evaluate warranty issues and provide technical and authoritative assessments.
