As a Stockroom Specialist at Coach, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our back-of-house processes. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise to support the sales floor and take full accountability of the entire stock flow and management.

Receive and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
Organize the stockroom and maintain inventory levels in accordance with company standards.
Responsible for all the paperwork and system entry related to stocks.
Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as needed to support sales team.
Ensure all products are tagged and stored properly.
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and back-of-house areas.
Collaborate with sales associates and managers to ensure timely product availability.
Investigate and report stock discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution and through proper documentation.
Responsible for regular and ad-hoc stock takes, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
Adhere and maintain accountability for inventory accuracy and support loss prevention initiatives.
