Job summary

Adidas Singapore is seeking a capable Stockroom Coordinator to keep our store operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll manage stock and deliveries, keep the stockroom neat and safe, and ensure the shop floor is always fully stocked.

Key duties include bi-yearly stocktakes, monitoring sales, and coordinating inventory movements between stores and the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, fashion, footwear, or FMCG would be advantageous.
• Basic computer skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Keep stockroom neat, secure and safe at all times.
• Process deliveries quickly and maintain full shop floor stock.
• Plan and organise stocktakes bi-yearly to prevent shrinkage.
• Track what’s selling to inform stockroom planning.
• Lead stockroom processes with speed and accuracy.
• Manage inventory movements between stores and warehouse.
• Ensure stockroom supplies are topped up and ready to work.
